I’m sure you’re curious to learn a little more about me, so please allow me
to introduce myself; My name is Denise Baker, a native of Rio de Janeiro-Brazil.
I am ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, Group Fitness instructor,
spinning class instructor, Certified Life Style and Weight Management counselor.

I have been working in the Health and fitness industry since 1986, after obtaining my Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Teacher Education and a Master Degree in Sports Nutrition. 

During this period, my passion for sports was taking control of my life and participated as a competitive volleyball and basketball athlete.  But after many years playing competitive sports, I decided to challenge myself and train a “little” harder. In 1992, I won the Body Builder and Fitness Competition in Rio de Janeiro-Brazil. 

Being fortunate to have been born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil where people sculpture their bodies and the health and beauty are one of the priorities in their lives, I have developed an innate understanding of the science of the human body, on the secrets of losing weight and keep it off, refining the “Brazilian butt lift” techniques and just being healthy and fit. But most importantly using this knowledge to maintain my healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life…something I share with my clients in changing their mindset , attitudes and outlook for now and their future.

  • Intermittent Fasting Diet:
